Acura offers the 2025 TLX in three trims. The entry-level TLX Technology is equipped with some of today's most popular features. Acura's modern infotainment system comes with a 12.3-inch touchscreen and wireless Apple CarPlay/Android Auto integration. A 13-speaker ELS Studio premium sound system caters to music lovers, while heated power seats provide comfort for front passengers.

The TLX A-Spec adds a sportier look, highlighted by a flat-bottom steering wheel and ventilated sport seats. The 17-speaker ELS Studio 3D premium sound system is a major audio upgrade in this trim.

For thrill-seekers, the TLX Type S is the performance model. It offers increased power and comes standard with a surround-view camera system and a 10.5-inch head-up display for an enhanced driving experience.

How Much Horsepower Does the 2025 TLX Have?

Most TLX trims have a 2.0-liter, turbocharged VTEC four-cylinder engine that produces 272 horsepower and 280 lb-ft of torque. This engine is paired with a 10-speed automatic transmission for sharper throttle response. While front-wheel drive is standard, drivers can opt for Acura's Super Handling All-Wheel Drive system for added control.

The TLX Type S takes performance to the next level with its 3.0-liter turbo V6 engine, delivering 355 horsepower and 354 lb-ft of torque for exhilarating acceleration. Additional performance features include an adaptive suspension system and a Sport+ drive mode, with Super Handling All-Wheel Drive as standard equipment.

What Safety Features Does the 2025 TLX Include?

All 2025 TLX models are equipped with AcuraWatch, an advanced suite of safety technologies. Its Collision Mitigation Braking System helps prevent front-end collisions, while the Blind Spot Information System assists with lane changes.
