Vincentric’s 13th annual Best Value Awards have been handed out, and we’re pleased to reveal Acura has been named Vincentric’s 2017 Best Value Luxury SUV & Crossover Brand. The Acura MDX was also a big winner, earning Vincentric’s 2017 Best Value Luxury Intermediate SUV/Crossover award.
Cost-of-ownership measurements are based on factors such as fees and taxes, fuel, financing, depreciation, repair costs, insurance, opportunity costs and maintenance were used to determine the winning models of this year’s awards. The Acura MDX was one of a few cars tested that was lucky enough to nab an accolade.
Fresh on the scene this year, the 2017 Acura MDX has received a slight facelift and comes with new features, including automatic high beams, capless fueling, an electronic parking brake and additional USB ports. A new Sport Hybrid model is also joining the lineup this year and is said to offer greater fuel economy. Other amenities now available on the model include LED foglights, 20-inch wheels, power-folding mirrors, a heated steering wheel, second-row captain’s chairs and a surround-view camera.
