Acura secures P2 in IMSA manufacturers' championship

Following the season-ending Petit Le Mans at Michelin Raceway Road Atlanta, Acura officially closed out the 2025 IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship by capturing second place in the manufacturers' standings.

The season was defined by resiliency and speed for Acura Meyer Shank Racing with Curb Agajanian. The team celebrated two major triumphs: a dominant win for the #60 Acura ARX-06 at Sahlen's Six Hours of The Glen, and a street-circuit victory for the #93 car at the Detroit Grand Prix.

Drivers Renger van der Zande and Nick Yelloly piloted the #93 machine to three pole positions this year, supplemented by podiums at Road America and the grueling 12 Hours of Sebring. In the #60 garage, Tom Blomqvist and Colin Braun secured a strong third-place result at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway. Earlier in the year, they were joined by endurance co-drivers Scott Dixon and Felix Rosenqvist to clinch second place at the prestigious Rolex 24 at Daytona.

Fans can look forward to seeing both the #60 and #93 ARX-06 prototypes return to the grid for the 2026 IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship GTP class. Official driver announcements for next year are expected to be made at a later date.
