What's New for the 2026 Acura RDX?
No major changes have been added to the 2026 model year.
What Are the 2026 RDX Trims & Features?
Acura's 2026 RDX is offered in five main trims: RDX, RDX Technology, RDX A-Spec, RDX Advance, and RDX A-Spec Advance. The base RDX is positioned as a top value in its class and comes equipped with a generous standard features list. Key features include a 10.2-inch full HD center display with wireless smartphone connectivity, a panoramic moonroof, and power-adjustable heated front seats.
The Technology trim layers on additional luxury appointments. Perforated Milano leather lends the interior a more refined appearance, while GPS-linked climate control automatically fine-tunes passenger comfort. This trim also upgrades the audio and infotainment experience with a 12-speaker premium audio system, Iconic Drive ambient LED cabin lighting, and 3D navigation.
The RDX A-Spec emphasizes a more performance-oriented look, featuring sportier body accents and wider 20-inch wheels. Inside, a flat-bottom steering wheel amplifies the sporty feel, and occupants benefit from ventilated front seats and a 16-speaker ELS Studio 3D sound system.
The Advance trim adds adaptive suspension for improved ride quality and composed handling. Among its higher-end amenities are a 10.5-inch head-up display, 16-way power front seats, and a surround-view camera system.
Topping the lineup is the RDX A-Spec Advance, which combines the visual sport cues of the A-Spec with the luxury equipment found on the Advance. It also features exclusive 20-inch multi-spoke wheels that distinguish this flagship trim.

How Much Horsepower Does the 2026 RDX Have?
The RDX is powered by a 2.0-liter turbo VTEC four-cylinder engine rated at 272 horsepower and 280 lb-ft of torque. Power is routed through a 10-speed automatic transmission with paddle shifters, and Acura's torque-vectoring Super Handling AWD is standard across the range to enhance traction and cornering balance.
What Safety Features Does the 2026 RDX Include?
AcuraWatch, the brand's advanced safety suite, is standard on every RDX. The system features Collision Mitigation Braking, which can intervene if a frontal collision risk is detected, and Adaptive Cruise Control with Low-Speed Follow, designed to ease driving in congested conditions. Standard driver aids also include a Blind Spot Information System, Pedestrian Detection, Traffic Sign Recognition, and Lane Keeping Assist.
